Move In Check List

1. Have you forwarded all of your mail to your new local address? For uninterrupted mail delivery, the Post Office recommends that you make your change request 30 days in advance.


2. Turn the utilities for your apartment on in your name and keep your receipt.


3. Check your phone to be sure that it is has been connected and is working properly.


4. Has the Manager given you a copy of your lease and any other supporting documents? If not, go see them to get copies for your records!


5. Don’t forget to ask the manager any questions you may have about the rules and regulations of our property.
